Accessibility emerged as another pressing concern, with the site falling short of standards, thus excluding users with disabilities from accessing its content.

The website's obsolete design lacked modern aesthetics and essential user-friendly web design features, and impeding content discovery.

Inconsistent branding in every aspect degraded the brand's identity, while accessibility concerns disenfranchised disabled people.
